Rise Rapid Testing

The RISE-system of BEELE Engineering has undergone testing under the harshest conditions and is certified by major authorities and classification societies.

Much research has been done to the physical characteristics of the various transit and sealing systems. The research shows up beyond doubt the vulnerabilities of both existing and new cable and pipe transits.

The severity of testing undergone world-wide by the RISE system is unmatched by any other system. On this basis it has been awarded certificates guaranteeing optimized fire safety. 

Testing Standards
Offering four-hour fire protection for both integrity and insulation, RISE Rapid system has been tested in accordance with the most stringent fire tests.  And with the addition of a 20mm FIWA layer, the system also becomes gas and watertight.

2. TNO Laboratory – Age Testing to 50 years
3. EN1366-3 European Fire Test – 2 hour fire protection
4. NES711 - Low Smoke Index
5. NES713 - Low Toxicity Index
6. ISO4589-3 - High Temperature Index
7. ISO4589-2 - High Oxygen Index

Approval certificate according to:
NES 510 Issue 1, number DERA/AL/WLSD/TMS/30/13/003 has been issued by the Defence Evaluation and Research Agency (DERA) of the Ministry of Defence of the United Kingdom.

The RISE system is CE certified by Bureau Veritas according to the European Council Directive 96/98 EC
Important information: Generally, transits have to be installed as tested.
